What is the estimated delivery arrival date for my order? An order received will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Within U.S., please allow 5 to 7 business days.
- Outside U.S., please allow 2 to 5 weeks.
How can I check my order status? You contact us at (253) 272-4258, x3005 or email us at estore@tacomaartmuseum.org to check your order.
How can I cancel my order? We honor cancellation with a phone or email response within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I order online if I am an international customer? We offer in-store and online orders to customers and members around the world.
We may request additional information before sending out your order regarding bank information and valid identification. The customer may need to submit documentation via fax at (253) 627-1898.
Duty and Taxes
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your country's Customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Shipping locations and oversize and/or heavy items may require additional charges.
If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted before your order is shipped. The estimated delivery time could be from 2 to 5 weeks.
All orders are subjected to cancellation.
Where can I find my tracking information? We will provide an email confirmation including a tracking number.
UPS Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after date of shipment.You can track your shipment on www.ups.com or www.usps.com depending on the mail service provider.
How can I return or exchange my order? We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All consignment sales are final.
